General Peptide Information

Do your peptides come in a liquid form?

Our peptides are supplied in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. This process removes moisture to enhance stability, allowing the peptides to remain stable at room temperature for several weeks, or for years if stored at -20°C or -80°C.

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used by scientists and researchers to study various biological processes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.

How should I store peptides once I receive them?

Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place, preferably in a refrigerator at temperatures between 2-8°C. For long-term storage, peptides can be kept in a freezer at -20°C. Always ensure that the peptides are tightly sealed to avoid moisture.

Can you tell me a recommended dosage?

We cannot provide any information on dosage or administration for the products we sell. Our peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not approved for human or veterinary use.

The products sold on this website are not drugs, foods, or cosmetics, and they should not be misbranded, misused, or mislabeled as such. Because these are for research purposes only, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Any discussion of dosage, administration, or human/veterinary use is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we suspect may be misusing our products.

Can you tell me what comes with my order?

The only thing that comes in your order is what you have selected. We do not provide reconstitution liquids such as Bacteriostatic Water or Acetic Acid. WE DO NOT SHIP SYRINGES, as we are a Research Chemical Company.

Why can’t I find bacteriostatic water on your site?

We do not sell bacteriostatic water or any reconstitution materials.

My package was lost, what do I do?

If you purchase Route Shipping Protection, please see the next section. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages once they arrive with the carrier.

Are my peptides affected by heat during shipping?

It’s completely normal for packages to feel warm during transit, especially in warmer climates or summer months. The good news is that your peptides are completely safe and stable — even if the package feels hot when it arrives. All of our research peptides, unless otherwise stated, are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. This process removes virtually all moisture, which is the main factor that leads to peptide degradation. Without water, the molecular structure of the peptide remains stable, even under fluctuating temperatures.

Research has shown that lyophilized peptides remain stable even after several days exposure to temperatures as high as 40–45 °C (104–113 °F). Because there’s no moisture present, the peptides do not degrade under normal shipping conditions — meaning their integrity, purity, and quality remain fully intact when they reach you.

Do my peptides need ice packs during shipping?

For lyophilized research peptides, ice packs are often more about peace of mind than actual necessity, because in standard shipping situations, ice packs often stop being cold fairly quickly and may introduce condensation risk. For normal transit windows, ice packs are not the make-or-break factor, especially when the product remains lyophilized, sealed, and protected from moisture and direct light.
