All our products are lyophilized, meaning they have been freeze-dried for optimal preservation, stability, and ease of shipping. This process results in products that are not in liquid form. The lyophilization process is part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, stable, and reliable products to our customers.

By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge they are aware of the lyophilized nature of our products. Customers accept that the products are not in a liquid form and understand the reason for the lyophilization process. Given the specific nature of our lyophilized products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if a customer complains about the product not being in liquid form. This policy applies to all our products without exception.

Ascension Peptides charges a flat rate of $15 for all domestic shipments. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. For USA deliveries, please allow 2–5 business days after payment is processed. All orders ship via UPS or USPS. The Buyer understands that once an order has shipped, loss or damage during shipment is the Buyer’s responsibility.

We provide a tracking number for every shipment. However, once the package leaves our facility, Ascension Peptides is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Claims for transit damage should be filed directly at claims.route.com.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after they are delivered. Proof of delivery relieves Ascension Peptides of any responsibility for the package.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss a resolution. Beyond 24 hours, Ascension Peptides will not refund or exchange the product. Returns are accepted only if the seller is at fault and a shipment received is not what was ordered.

Order Modifications: Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. Research chemicals lose their effectiveness and stability when subjected to temperature changes and cannot be resold once prepared for shipment.

In the event that a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in a failed delivery or loss of the package, Ascension Peptides cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with the loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including correct recipient name, complete address (with apartment/suite numbers), city, state, and postal code. Review your order confirmation email immediately and contact customer support if corrections are needed prior to dispatch.

Failed Delivery & Reshipment Charges

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will notify the customer and provide options for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for resending the package. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, Ascension Peptides will not be liable for the cost of the lost package.

Chargeback Policy & Legal Enforcement

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting our customer service team to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any funds that have been charged back.

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide all necessary documentation and evidence to the financial institution or credit card company to demonstrate that the transaction was legitimate and authorized. In cases where we successfully defend against a chargeback, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee to cover expenses incurred as a result of the dispute.
